Nothing herein or on any other pages of this website shall create an attorney-client relationship without further express agreement in a writing signed by you and James Dighero Law.
Attorney-Client Relationship
An attorney-client relationship only exists between you and James Dighero Law when and if the firm accepts your case and both you and our office have executed a written engagement agreement which establishes the terms of our representation. Neither communications made via the firm’s website, via telephone, nor via e-mail will create an attorney-client relationship between our law firm and you. All fees, costs and billing methods will be outlined in your engagement agreement. You are responsible for timely payment of ALL invoices and expenses as provided for therein. Interest charges, where permissible, may be levied or further suspension of services may result if not paid timely.
