💰 How do you charge for services?
Fees are assessed based on time spent on your matter as well as the complexity and nature of your representation. We offer transparent rates and go over all costs with you prior to engagement. Some matters – e.g. personal injury – can be handled on a contingency fee basis while others may require hourly or flat fees.
🗂️ How should I prepare for my first meeting?
We will do our best to serve you if you bring contracts, correspondence or even some court papers related to your matter. Having these documents on hand streamlines our understanding of your case from day one and helps us avoid incidental billable time.
👤 Will I be working directly with James Dighero?
James directs each matter and is intimately involved in strategy and oversight. Depending upon your representation needs, James also collaborates with other skilled attorneys on his team to make sure you get the base level of care.
